EU and UA partners took part in training trainers meeting at IALPNU. The meeting was efficient (see outputs in accordance with WPs). The program developed by IALPNU team dealt with the most urgent needs of the project: WP2: EU supervisors of modules presented their vision of modular content development of each Course Unit with particular regard to the contribution of EU partners. It is planned to share all materials provided by EU experts via Omni-base. This base is being successfully developed by IT-experts (Mikheev I., Kamynin V.) during the course of the project. The refreshed table of course units readiness have been presented. Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6 have been uploaded to the platform STVteam.com and are being translated into English.WP3: It-expert Yamnitskyi S. (P11) presented state of the art of the e-platform STVteam.com and self-developing knowledge-base of training materials (Omni-base). The e-platform functions efficiently. All RSD materials have been uploaded there to ensure successful Pilot training (PT) implementation. Master, PhD, LLL students from 4 UA Universities registered there and gained access to RSD training packages. Omni-base has been developed and updated by IT-experts Mikheev I. and Kamynin V. EU experts can upload their materials within the context of RSD. WP4: The 1st term (1st and 2nd Modules) of Pilot Training (PT) was completed by Master, PhD, LLL students in 4 UA Universities. . Lviv students presented their projects based on the 1st term and were awarded internationally acknowledged certificates signed by EU and UA modules supervisors. Other students will present their projects within planned meetings to Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkiv & Odessa in order to be evaluated by SEHSI experts. RSD training packages of Modules 1-4 have been uploaded to the e-platform for the 2nd semester implementation). The third & fourth term (modules 5-7) will be delivered after project life as proof of project results sustainability. The timetable of lectures by EU professors in distance-mode was discussed.WP5: Results of evaluation in the format of matrix reflecting concrete mistakes in CU development were presented by Natalia Turlakova to UA coordinators for making corrections before RSD training package publication. Refreshed matrix reflecting readiness of RSD course units was presented by KNUCEA evaluation team. Recommendations were sent to UA coordinators. It was decided to propose contingency plan to overcome the obstacles for RSD CU publications.WP6: Program of dissemination of e-training and RSD curriculum materials received within IALPNU meeting was developed. The materials for dissemination were uploaded to SEHSI site, STVteam.com platform, Omni-base, SEHSI drop box. Special dissemination desks were organized at IALPNU. To disseminate experience gained within the project special tour to Lviv region Zhovkva “The perfect Renaissance town” was held. This region is one of the best examples of regional sustainable development. WP7: Ass. Prof. N. Turlakova introduced into SEHSI state of the art in the context of all WPs and offered an action plan to be followed for ensuring sustainability of SEHSI project results after the project completion. It was decided to further develop RSD network, sign bilateral agreements among partners for ensuring sustainable cooperation (templates were presented). EU and UA experts agreed to continue pilot training (Modules 5-7) after project completion. It will make a crucial proof of project sustainability. WP8: Coordination meetings of EU and UA partners concerned the following: 1) presentation of refreshed project diary; 2) discussion of the next training trainers meetings (visits to Dnepropetrovsk, Orleans, Palermo and Kharkiv); 3) summer school organization and dates; 4) budget transfers to P4, P5, P11, P16,P17,P18; 5) organization of international conference during visit to Kharkiv; 6) printing CUs of Modules 1 and 3; 7) solving managerial and financial issues of the project.
